Ingredients
- 300 gr Ribbon noodles cooked green
- 300 gr Streaky bacon
- 2 Onions
- 500 gr Mixed mushrooms
- 4 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 bunch Fresh thyme
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
Instructions
- Preparation: Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Bacon and onion cubes. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Pluck thyme Eggs with cream and mix the thyme with salt and pepper
- Leave the bacon in the hot oil, then fry the pasta vigorously in it.
- Add onions and mushrooms and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Pour the eggs with the cream and the spices over them and let them set.
