Fried noodles with tuna and tomatoes

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti), or similar, cooked
  • 1 can of tuna, natural, without oil
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • pepper
  • herbs, Italian

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Ideal use of leftovers

Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Sauté the diced onion until translucent, add the pasta, and fry lightly. Wash and quarter the tomatoes and add them to the pasta along with the tuna. Season with pepper and Italian herbs and serve hot.
