Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g pepper (fried peppers)
- lots of olive oil
- 1 garlic clove(s), peeled and diced
- Sea salt, coarse
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
tastes good with all pan-fried dishes
Wash the peppers and remove the stems, as they aren’t suitable for finger food. However, the small seeds can be left in the pod and eaten! Fry in hot olive oil for about 10 minutes. Season with garlic, coarse salt, and pepper.
