Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pointed cabbage
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Caraway powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Trim the bottom of the stalk, but leave enough to ensure all the leaves are still attached. Cut the pointed cabbage into eighths. Add oil and butter to a pan and fry the cabbage all over. Season with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds. A great side dish for roast pork or lamb.
