- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 apples
- salt and pepper
- Thyme
- marjoram
- rosemary
- 2 tbsp oil

Wash the potatoes and cook them in their skins for about 15-20 minutes, depending on their size. Once cooled, peel and slice them. Peel the onion and garlic cloves and dice them. Quarter the apples, remove the cores, and dice them. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions, garlic, and apples. Add the potatoes and continue frying until crispy. Finally, season the fried potatoes with salt, pepper, thyme, marjoram, and rosemary to taste.
