Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g green beans
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 80 g cheese, e.g. Gouda
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Trim and wash the beans, then cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Trim and wash the spring onions, and chop very finely. Season with olive oil, vinegar, mustard, pepper, and salt. Drain the beans and rinse with cold water. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Dice the cheese. Mix all prepared ingredients with the dressing and let stand for about 15 minutes.
