Fried Potatoes with Mushrooms

- 4 Peeled waxy potatoes
- 1 Chopped onion
- Salt pepper
- Caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Finely chopped parsley
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Tomato
- Cut or slice the peeled raw potatoes into thin slices, dice the onion, add salt, pepper and caraway seeds and fry everything together not too hot. Use a pan with a lid.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices. Also with the above Season the ingredients and fry them in butter. Finally stir in the finely chopped parsley.
