Fried Potatoes with Mushrooms

The perfect fried potatoes with mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Peeled waxy potatoes
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • Salt pepper
  • Caraway seeds
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tomato
  1. Cut or slice the peeled raw potatoes into thin slices, dice the onion, add salt, pepper and caraway seeds and fry everything together not too hot. Use a pan with a lid.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Also with the above Season the ingredients and fry them in butter. Finally stir in the finely chopped parsley.
