My Spicy Thalers and Rolls

- 200 g Buckwheat
- 200 g Cheese with salt crystals
- 2 piece Puff pastry roll
- 2 piece Egg
- Cook the buckwheat after whitening (simmer gently for 10 minutes) with 1/2 a teaspoon salt, garlic powder and pepper. Let stand without draining the water, about 3 hours so that it cools down a bit. Mix in 2 eggs and 1 whole roll of cheese in salt varnish (Lidl) and add seasoning to taste. If you like it hot, you should mix in 1/2 teaspoon of Sambal Oleg. Spread out the puff pastry and cut into 2 parts. Put the mixture with buckwheat on top and roll it up. You can also make smaller bags as you can see in the picture. Heat some oil in a large pan and add the rolls to fry. Fry each side on a lower heat for about 15 minutes. You can eat hot and cold with quark, sour cream, yogurt or meatball. Ideal to take with you in the swimming pool or anywhere else.
