Fried potatoes with sage

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, cooked the day before, waxy
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Sage, fresh, chopped
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and slice the potatoes from the previous day. Fry them in olive oil, add the onions, and season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped sage and continue frying until the potatoes are crispy.
