Fried rosemary gnocchi

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 60 g butter
  • 1 kg gnocchi
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • some sea salt
  • n. B. Tomato(s), dried, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Melt the butter in a large pan and fry the gnocchi over medium heat for about 20 minutes, gently turning occasionally, until golden brown. Rinse the rosemary, shake it dry, and strip the needles from the sprigs, then finely chop them. Season the gnocchi with a few turns of freshly ground sea salt. Add the rosemary and mix gently. If you like, add some diced sun-dried tomatoes.
