Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 pack of soup vegetables
- 500 g chicken or tofu
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth, granulated
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 package of sprouts or parsley
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the noodles in salted water, clean the vegetables, and slice them into thin strips. Cut the meat or tofu into thin strips as well. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the meat or tofu, and fry until well browned. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan, and set aside. Now fry the vegetables, then add the noodles and meat. Mix in the spices: about 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable broth. Finally, you can drizzle with a little honey. Mix everything well. Add parsley or sprouts for a decorative effect.
