Fried Triplets
The perfect fried triplets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Cooked triplets
- 3 piece Spring onions
- 1 piece Clove of garlic fresh
- 25 g Lean ham cubes
- 1 tsp Dill tips
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- Cut the pre-cooked potatoes in half. Don’t peel.
- Cut the spring onions into rings.
- Finely dice the garlic.
- Place the potatoes with the cut side down in the hot oil in the pan, add the spring onions and garlic directly. Fry comfortably over medium heat.
- Sprinkle with dried dill tips, only add the ham cubes when the potatoes are already crusty.
- Season to taste with pepper.
- Used as a side dish, it is also sufficient for 2.
