Fried Wok Noodles with Pork and Vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Wok noodles
  • 400 g Pork meat
  • 300 g Leek
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 300 g Red peppers
  • 20 g Clarified butter
  • 2 tbsp Wok spice mix

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package and drain well.
  • Chop the pork, wash the leek and cut into rings, peel the carrots and cut into lozenges and wash the peppers, core them and cut into large pieces.
  • Melt the clarified butter in the hot wok pan and fry the vegetables in it. Remove the vegetables from the pan and place in a bowl and keep warm.
  • Now fry the meat in the pan, when the meat is well colored, add the noodles to the pan and fry, then add the wok seasoning and stir well.
  • Now put the fried vegetables back into the pan and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with a little more soy sauce. Now serve the pasta hot.
