Fried Wok Noodles with Pork and Vegetables

The perfect fried wok noodles with pork and vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Wok noodles
  • 400 g Pork meat
  • 300 g Leek
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 300 g Red peppers
  • 20 g Clarified butter
  • 2 tbsp Wok spice mix
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package and drain well.
  2. Chop the pork, wash the leek and cut into rings, peel the carrots and cut into lozenges and wash the peppers, core them and cut into large pieces.
  3. Melt the clarified butter in the hot wok pan and fry the vegetables in it. Remove the vegetables from the pan and place in a bowl and keep warm.
  4. Now fry the meat in the pan, when the meat is well colored, add the noodles to the pan and fry, then add the wok seasoning and stir well.
  5. Now put the fried vegetables back into the pan and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with a little more soy sauce. Now serve the pasta hot.
