Ingredients
- 250 g Wok noodles
- 400 g Pork meat
- 300 g Leek
- 300 g Carrots
- 300 g Red peppers
- 20 g Clarified butter
- 2 tbsp Wok spice mix
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package and drain well.
- Chop the pork, wash the leek and cut into rings, peel the carrots and cut into lozenges and wash the peppers, core them and cut into large pieces.
- Melt the clarified butter in the hot wok pan and fry the vegetables in it. Remove the vegetables from the pan and place in a bowl and keep warm.
- Now fry the meat in the pan, when the meat is well colored, add the noodles to the pan and fry, then add the wok seasoning and stir well.
- Now put the fried vegetables back into the pan and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with a little more soy sauce. Now serve the pasta hot.
