- 15 flowers (zucchini)
- 100 g flour
- 100 ml milk
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Olive oil, for frying

Wash the blossoms and remove the stems. Prepare a batter from flour, milk, egg, olive oil, and salt. Heat plenty of oil in a pan. Dip the zucchini blossoms individually into the batter and fry in the oil. Zucchini blossoms are available to order from select delicatessens and grocery stores, or you can harvest them from your own garden.
