Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 rum flavoring
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 100 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Mix the ingredients one by one into a dough. Form into 3 cm thick rolls, roll in sugar, and chill. After one hour, cut the rolls into slices. Press the top side of the slices into sugar, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for about 10 minutes at medium heat (approx. 175 degrees Celsius).
