Frozen Berry Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized apple e.g. Braeburn
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 150 g wild berries, frozen
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, chop the apple and banana into small pieces. I then put everything in a smoothie maker. It’s important to note that the frozen fruit must be put in the blender first, otherwise the blade will jam. Then add the apple and banana and top up with 100 ml of tap or bottled water (more or less to taste). Blend everything well and then enjoy. Of course, you can also use a regular blender or hand blender. The smoothie is wonderfully refreshing in the summer.
