Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 54 biscuits (nut biscuits), round, or other biscuits
  • 600 g cream
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 50 g chocolate shavings
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes

Whip the cream with the cream cheese. Add the powdered sugar and stir in. Halve the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Stir the seeds into the cream. Spread 3 tablespoons of cream on a shallow plate and arrange 9 biscuits on top. Spread the biscuit layer generously with cream. Repeat this process several times until you have 6 layers and the top biscuit layer is covered with cream. Finally, sprinkle the biscuit cake with chocolate shavings and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
