Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml pineapple juice
  • 20 ml cognac

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Mix pineapple juice with cognac and bring to -14 degrees Celsius. Do not handle the mixture while freezing, but simply loosen it slightly from the edges. It should be coarse-grained. Serve in glasses.
