Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g Greek yogurt (10% fat, made from cow’s milk)
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

super creamy refreshing yogurt ice cream

Mix the Greek yogurt with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and refrigerate for one hour. Freeze the mixture in the ice cream maker and enjoy on its own or with your favorite topping (chocolate sauce, fruit puree, Smarties, chocolate shavings, etc.). This batch is enough for two servings, but it could easily serve three.
