Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 3 tsp, heaped cherry jam
- ½ tsp honey
- e.g. cranberries, dried
- e.g. sesame
- n. B. Cane sugar, coarse

very simple, refreshing, variable flavors
Prepare a plastic mold or one made of another material and line it with parchment paper or foil. I used a plastic lid from a food container. Mix the yogurt and jam. Stir the honey into the jam and yogurt mixture. Then add the cranberries and mix briefly. Spread the yogurt mixture into the mold to a depth of about 1 cm, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and cane sugar. Place the mold in the freezer and wait 4 hours. Then, break the frozen yogurt into pieces with a knife or your hands, then store it in an airtight container in the freezer. Variations: Instead of jam, simply add spices like cinnamon and cardamom to the yogurt. Use your favorite flavored yogurt and other toppings like chocolate, frozen berries, etc.
