- 200 ml orange juice
- 100 g fruit (e.g. strawberries, mango, papaya)
- 4 tsp honey

Puree the fruit pulp (100 g net), honey, and juice. Pour the fruit ice cream into small containers or insert popsicle sticks and small spoons, and let it freeze for a few hours. It’s very quick to prepare and can be combined with a variety of fruits.
