Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 200 g frozen fruit of your choice
  • 4 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
  • 5 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

for breakfast or just like that

First, heat the honey in a small pan and then caramelize the oats in it. When the oats are lightly browned, set them aside to cool. Then, thoroughly mix the yogurt with the fruit. If necessary, break up any larger pieces of fruit to make the mixture easier to pour into the molds. Stir in the cooled oats. Now pour the mixture into ice cream molds and insert wooden sticks. Depending on the size of the molds, this amount will make 4-6 ice cream molds. Place in the freezer for about 4 hours. Tip: With a little hot water, the muesli on a stick will easily come out of the mold.
