Fruit salad sweetened with stevia

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 bananas
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 apple
  • 100 g grapes
  • 4 pinches of Stevia, or a little more, depending on how sweet you want it
  • some vanilla pulp
  • 1 handful of almond flakes, roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with vanilla flavor, low-calorie dessert

Slice the bananas. Dice the apple into bite-sized pieces and halve the grapes. Lightly drizzle the apple and bananas with lemon juice. Mix the yogurt with the quark and vanilla seeds and fold in the fruit. Season with stevia powder (carefully, adding more or less stevia powder as needed). Divide the fruit salad among bowls and serve with the toasted almond slivers.
