Fruity and light

For the brittle, place the almond slivers in a non-stick pan without fat and toast over moderate heat until golden brown. Add the oats. Once the oats have taken on color and are well toasted, remove everything from the pan. Add 50g of sugar to the pan and let it caramelize until golden brown. Now return the almond slivers and oats to the pan and mix everything well. Spread the brittle on baking paper and let it cool. Mix the quark with the sour cream and the remaining sugar until smooth. Wash the pears, quarter them, remove the cores and cut the fruit into wedges lengthwise. Peel and slice the kiwis. Peel and fillet the oranges, slice the banana and wash the grapes. Arrange the fruit and quark in serving bowls, sprinkle with the crushed brittle and serve immediately.
