Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 180 ml apple juice
- 180 ml orange juice
- 1 mango(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- ½ pineapple (baby)
- 1 peach(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for 750 ml
Peel the fruit and cut it into small pieces. Then place them in a blender and add the juices. Blend thoroughly for about 1 minute. The amount can be adjusted; it’s important that half the smoothie is juice and the other half is blended fruit to achieve its velvety consistency. The smoothie can be stored in a glass bottle in the refrigerator. I sometimes add melon or passion fruit. However, I always add a banana, as it adds the necessary sweetness to the flavor.
