Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 mango(s), ripe (approx. 230 g net)
  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 120 g spinach
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, peeled (approx. 10 g)
  • 1 orange(s), peeled
  • 400 ml mineral water, still

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super creamy green smoothie

Dice the mango, orange, and avocado and add them to the blender along with the spinach and ginger. Pour in the still water and blend until you have a creamy smoothie. Pour into 4 large glasses (or 4 green 330 ml bottles) and enjoy. Delicious for breakfast or as a snack. Bottled, the smoothie can also be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. A quick note: I only use organic fruit and vegetables.
