Ingredients
- 1 role Puff pastry
- 1 greater Apple
- 4 teel Sugar
- 0,5 teel Cinammon
- 1 Egg yolk
- 3 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Water
Instructions
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 squares (12 x 12 cm) and place on a sheet with baking paper. Peel and core the apple. Cut into small pieces.
- Mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Distribute the apple pieces on the dough pieces and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Fold the corners down to the middle. Cut strips about 2cm wide from the rest of the puff pastry and place them crosswise over the seams. Brush with egg yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 25 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar and water. Remove the particles and brush with the icing while still warm.
