- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 medium-sized carrots
- 1 small apple
- 3 apricots
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 dash of cream
- Water for deglazing
Instructions

Chop the onion and sauté in olive oil in a pan. Peel and slice the carrots, then add them. Deglaze with water, adding more or less water depending on the desired consistency. Chop the apple and apricots and add them. Simmer until the carrots are soft enough to blend. Add the curry powder and cream before blending. Blend/puree everything until smooth. Season to taste, e.g., with soy sauce.
