Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 1 handful of basil
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • some olive oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with basil and balsamic vinegar

Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and chop them finely. Wash the basil and chop the leaves a little finely, if desired. Combine everything in a bowl and season with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Serve with garlic bread, baguette, or crispbread. Delicious served hot or cold.
