Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g poultry meat, cooked
- 1 small can of peas
- 1 small can of pineapple
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- ½ pack of herbs, frozen 8-herb mix, or fresh herbs
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the meat, drain the peas well, cut the pineapple into chunks, and place everything in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, and ketchup, add the herbs, and season with salt. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
