Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
- 2 stalk(s) Celery
- 2 spring onions
- 1 pear(s)
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp raisins
- a few stalks of coriander
- a few stalks of parsley
- e.g. apple cider vinegar
- e.g. olive oil
- e.g. lemon juice
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp tahini
- n. B. Black cumin
- e.g. chili flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
ideal for summer, with coriander and parsley
Finely chop the vegetables, pear, cilantro, and parsley. For the dressing, combine all the ingredients. Toss the salad ingredients with the seeds and raisins and drizzle with the dressing. Don’t be stingy with the herbs. For the topping, break the cheese into pieces and arrange them on top of the salad. Drizzle the salad with tahini and honey, and finish with black cumin and chili flakes. Serve with flatbread. This recipe makes enough for one large portion or two side dishes.
