Fruity Hazelnut Plucked Cake

- 250 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 100 g According to hazelnuts
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 130 g Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 250 g Sugar
- 500 g Quark
- 300 g Doopelrahm – cream cheese
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 P Vanilla flavored custard powder
- 250 g Plum jam
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 2 P Vanilla sugar
- For the dough, quickly knead the flour, baking powder, hazelnuts, cinnamon, salt, butter, 1 egg and 100 g sugar into a smooth dough.
- Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- For the cream, place 3 eggs, 150 g sugar, quark, cream cheese, lemon juice, pudding powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Roll out half of the dough into a greased, square springform pan (approx. 24 x 24 cm), forming an approx. 4 cm high edge.
- Pour in the cream and smooth it out.
- Pluck the remaining dough into pieces, press flat with your fingers and spread on the cream.
- Spoon the plum jam between the pieces of dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 140 ° for approx. 50 minutes.
- Let cool, cut into pieces and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
