Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 kiwis
- 1 small can of pineapple pieces
- 2 chicken schnitzels or turkey schnitzels
- 80 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Trim, wash, and cut the iceberg lettuce into pieces. Peel and slice the banana and kiwi. Add the pineapple chunks and toss the fruit with the salad. Mix the mayonnaise with yogurt, mustard, and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar and pour over the salad. Mix lightly. Cut the schnitzel into strips. Season the schnitzel strips with salt and pepper, fry them all over in a pan, and place them on top of the salad.
