Fruity marinade for grilled steaks

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 ml tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp apricot jam
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp seasoning mix (steak seasoning mix)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Goes well with pork neck

Dice the onion and sauté it in oil. Mix all ingredients and marinate the meat for a few hours.
