Fruity Noodle Pan La Linda
The perfect fruity noodle pan la linda recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 120 g Spiral pasta
- 250 g Fresh mushrooms
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes with panicle
- 20 g Fresh ginger
- 1 Red Fresh hot peppers
- 1 Red Pepper fresh
- 0,5 Zucchini fresh
- 1 Fennel fresh
- 2 Orange juice freshly squeezed approx. 300ml
- 1 tbsp Chilli oil
- Salt
- Colored pepper
- 0,5 tsp Turmeric spice
Preparation:
- Clean and quarter the mushrooms … Wash the tomatoes and also quarter them …. Peel the ginger and dice it … Cut the peppers lengthways, remove the seeds, wash and dice them …. Halve, remove the seeds, wash the bell pepper and cut into strips … halve the fennel, cut out the stalk, wash and cut into strips, wash the zucchini, first cut into slices and then quarter … squeeze the oranges … yields approx. 300ml …
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain and keep warm …
