Fruity pickled hot peppers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 ml water
  • 350 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 150 ml rapeseed oil
  • 300 g sugar
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 10 carnations
  • 30 Pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Wash the peppers and remove the stems. Peel the garlic and bring to a boil in a pot with all the ingredients except the peppers. Add the peppers and let everything boil for 3 minutes. Rinse one or more jars with boiling water and add the peppers. Fill to the top with the liquid and seal the jars tightly. Enjoy after about a week.
