Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 1 can pineapple
  • ½ cup of double crème (crème légère)
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g crab
  • dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs. Then let them cool, peel them, and cut them into small pieces, about 0.5 cm thick. Drain the mandarins and pineapple thoroughly and cut them into strips. Mix the lemon juice with the tomato ketchup and crème légère. Then fold the crab, eggs, mandarin oranges, and pineapple into the ketchup mixture and season with salt, pepper, and dill to taste. Tip: The prawn cocktail tastes even better if you let it sit for a while before serving.
