Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 jar peach(s), without sugar
- 1 bag of rice
- 90 g raisins
- curry powder
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- Fat, for frying
Instructions

With peaches, raisins, and curry. Suitable for WW!
Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, drain the peaches from the jar (reserve the juice) and cut into small cubes. Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes and lightly fry in a pan with a little fat, seasoning with plenty of curry, a little paprika, salt, and pepper. After a few minutes, add the peach pieces, raisins, and the cooked rice and fry briefly. Deglaze with the peach juice from the jar and let it simmer in the pan for a few more minutes, then season to taste. If there isn’t enough juice, you can also add a little vegetable stock. Mangos or pears are a good alternative or addition to the peaches.
