Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms, possibly brown
- 40 g butter
- 125 g bacon, diced
- 1 onion(s)
- ¼ liter white wine, dry, e.g. Riesling
- 75 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp parsley
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Caraway
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Heat the butter and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the bacon cubes. Sauté the mushrooms. Deglaze with Riesling. Season with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds, if desired. Stir in the cheese and parsley. Delicious with fresh baguette.
