Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 sheets of gelatin
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 1 ½ packs of ladyfingers
  • some milk, for drinking
  • some whipped cream
  • possibly strawberries
  • possibly ladyfingers

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 25 minutes

needs time to infuse – therefore ideal for preparation

First, thaw frozen strawberries. Line a 30 cm long loaf pan with plastic wrap. Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water. Purée the strawberries and mix with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Squeeze out the gelatine well, dissolve it according to the package instructions, and stir it into the strawberry puree. Whip the whipped cream until stiff peaks form and fold in. First, spread some of the cream in the loaf pan. Cover with a layer of ladyfingers and soak them in a little milk. Then alternate layers of cream and ladyfingers (soaked in milk) like a tiramisu. Finish with cream! Let the strawberry layered dessert sit in a cool place for several hours (preferably overnight). Then turn out onto a long cake plate and decorate with whipped cream, strawberries, and ladyfingers, if desired.
