Tuna tartare as a fine starter

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g tuna fillet(s) (sushi quality)
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 5 capers with stems
  • 5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 g salt, coarse (Fleur de Sel de Guérande)
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 10 g pepper, green
  • 10 g fresh ginger
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 dash of olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the tuna with a knife. Then stir in the finely chopped shallots, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and ginger. Serve with the capers, olive oil, and the remaining shallots, and season with Worcestershire sauce if desired.
