Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (fusilli)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
- 250 g turkey meat, cut into small pieces
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g spinach, frozen
- 200 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 100 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Dice the onion, clean and slice the bell pepper, and lightly fry both in a pan with a little oil and a pinch of salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the sliced turkey breast to the pan. Meanwhile, bring water to a boil, season with salt, and cook the fusilli. When the meat is just cooked in the pan, add the passata and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Finally, add the thawed spinach, crème fraîche, and milk, and simmer gently for another 5 minutes. When the fusilli is al dente, drain, serve with the sauce, and enjoy.
