Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (fusilli)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
  • 250 g turkey meat, cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g spinach, frozen
  • 200 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Dice the onion, clean and slice the bell pepper, and lightly fry both in a pan with a little oil and a pinch of salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the sliced ​​turkey breast to the pan. Meanwhile, bring water to a boil, season with salt, and cook the fusilli. When the meat is just cooked in the pan, add the passata and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Finally, add the thawed spinach, crème fraîche, and milk, and simmer gently for another 5 minutes. When the fusilli is al dente, drain, serve with the sauce, and enjoy.
