Ingredients
- 400 g Fussili
- 1 Large tomato e.g. beefsteak tomato
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 3 tbsp Pesto Verde from the glass
- 1,5 tbsp Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
- Basil to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fusilli al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella and tomato into small cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly fry the cooked fusilli in olive oil. After about 2 minutes add the tomatoes and mozzarella and fry everything together for about 5 minutes. Then add about 3 tablespoons of pesto (you have to try a little how intense you want the pesto taste).
- Season everything with salt and pepper. Stir in fresh basil or use basil leaves for garnish.
