Ingredients
- 300 g Beef rump steak
- 500 g Date tomatoes
- 0,5 Cucumber fresh
- Mozzarella roll of basil
- Steak pepper
- Salt
- 1 Chopped garlic
Instructions
- Cut the beef into strips. Knock the back wide with the knife. Put on garlic
- Heat the oil in a grill pan. Fry the steak strips. Turn once and season with steak pepper and salt. Oil on kitchen crepe.
- Halve the date tomatoes. Halve the mozzarella roll lengthways, cut into slices and arrange on a plate. Spread the date tomatoes around it, sliced cucumber around it as well. Cut into the fried steak strips and add to the mozzarella. Serve nicely. Pepper, salt.
- I chose clementine fillets as decoration. Fits really well with it 😉
