Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g fusilli
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 250 g cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 pinch(s) spice mix (chili-paprika spice or similar spice)
- some salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 125 g crab
- 250 g seafood, frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Fusilli with seafood
Sauté the onion, garlic, and parsley in hot olive oil, then cook the crab in it, then add the seafood. After about 10 minutes, stir in the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, and ketchup, then simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally, season with salt and chili-paprika seasoning and stir into the fusilli, which have been cooked in salted water and drained. Serve warm.
