Gaisburger March But with Pork
The perfect gaisburger march but with pork recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Pork neck
- 500 g Finely diced potatoes
- 125 g Spaetzle [noodle spaetzle]
- 4 Pc. Onion
- 1,25 liter Vegetable broth
- 1 bunch Parsley
- Some oil to fry
- Salt, pepper nutmeg
- Cut the meat into cubes and fry in a large saucepan with a little oil. Roast 2 pieces of onions cut into cubes, when the meat and onions are browned, add the potatoes cut into cubes. Add the vegetable stock and cook for about 30 minutes. Season the finished stew with salt, pepper and nutmeg. In the meantime, boil the spaetzle and cut the remaining 2 onions into large cubes and brown with a little oil in the pan. Finely chop the parsley. Put the spaetzle in a saucepan and mix in. Arrange on a plate, add the onion and parsley on top.
