Peruvian recipe – translation equals chili chicken

Cook the chicken breasts in the chicken broth for about 20 minutes. Then, shred the meat into small pieces with your fingers. Meanwhile, fry the chopped onion in oil in a pan. Now, blend the bread with all the spices and a little chicken broth until it forms a very thick paste. Then add the mixture to the fried onions and stir well. Then, add the chicken and heat everything through. Be careful, it burns easily. Just before serving, add the frothed milk and stir in. This goes very well with rice.
