Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Fresh prawns
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Curry
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 400 g Basmati rice
  • 800 ml Salted water

Instructions
 

  • Season the prawns and fry them very hot with half a bunch of finely chopped spring onions in olive oil. As soon as the prawns are colored, the temperature is reduced, the halved tomatoes are added and then deglazed with cream. Season with salt, curry and parsley. Peel and finely chop the clove of garlic.
  • Briefly fry the mushrooms along with the remaining chopped spring onions and garlic. Serve with the cooked rice.
