- 400 g Rattlesnake fillets
- 4 Toes Chopped garlic
- Lime juice
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
- The snake is cut into bite-sized slices. Then cut the garlic into small cubes and fry together with the snake in a pan.
- Then deglaze the snake and the garlic with lime juice, then season with salt and pepper, and you’re done! Important: Do not boil the snake beforehand, this will destroy its own taste!
