Garlic Corners
The perfect garlic corners recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Garlic Butter
- 250 g Butter, soft
- 7 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 Egg yolk
- 1 tsp Salt

- 650 g Flour
- 270 ml. Milk lukewarm
- 100 ml. Sunflower oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 dice Yeast fresh
Garlic Butter
- Put the softened butter in a bowl, add the finely chopped garlic, salt and egg yolks and beat with the mixer (whisk) until frothy. Then decant and set aside.

- Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and wait 10 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and knead into a soft, pliable dough.

- Divide the dough into three parts and roll out each part as rectangular as possible. Place two tablespoons of the garlic butter on each rectangle and spread. Then roll it up and brush the surface with a little garlic butter. Cut into triangles with a sharp knife.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the garlic corners on it. Spread the remaining garlic butter on the corners. The dough does not need to rise extra.
- Bake in a preheated oven, fan-assisted, 200 degrees, for about 25-30 minutes.

- Instead of garlic butter, you can also use herb butter, instead of garlic, add herbs as desired.
